I may be mistaken, but if you are referring to the control to enable TPM, I believe that it is only a toggle bit. Meaning that if you can flip it via BCU without getting an error, then the device has been enabled correctly. So, you would never actually see it set to "enabled" in F10 Setup unless you change it manually. The rest of the enabling process would need to be done through Windows. After using BCU, see if the Windows tool is able to see The TPM. Thx
