I think the original poster here wasn't talking about wireless.
Anyway,,, I did upgrade the Broadcom Nic to Ver 16.6.0.4
I went onsite to the PC (HP 6302) and called it in.
After getting advanced to Level 2 support, it got fixed:
She had me go in the BIOS , to advanced section,, and turn OFF Dash Support
Save, and reboot... end user has not had the issue since. (She was getting kicked off all day)
