Hey,
If we're working with a new image with updated drivers, let's try a quick powercycle (battery out, hold power button for 10sec) then move onto looking at the BIOS configurations. Attached is your model's quick spec which specifies 3 A/C adapters (pg13 in attached), please advise which power rating is yours. Also try booting Windows in safe mode, you never know what may work in your case.
