How to tell what processor upgrades will work

I have an HP DC5750 Socket AM2 with Athlon 64x2 Dual Core 3800.

Don't know the exact board specs, and am looking to see if it is worth upgrading the processor.

I found this processor and it would be great, but I suspect it is not compatible: AMD A4-Series AD5300OKHBOX Dual-Core A4-5300 APU,  65W.

Is there a knowledge base I here on HP that will let me know how I can tell if a particular am2 processor will be compatible?
