Actually, I just resolved it!
I looked up the Hardware Ids I had just posted on Google and found that someone had the driver files on their Skydrive. Then I followed their instructions and went in device manager and selected Update Driver from the Driver tab of your network adapters properties and pointed it at the expanded files.
Turns out I needed the files for the Ralink RT61 Turbo Wireless LAN Card.
Everything is working again!
