Is there somewhere on the HP or Compaq website where I can search if the recovery cd's are still available? I tried looking but couldn't find anything.
The HDD that came with the computer is 250GB. Should the C drive be something like 240GB and the D drive be something like 10GB for all the installation files? Is this how the HDD is normally partitioned?
Will the recovery cd's partition the HDD back to factory settings and also put all the partition/installation files back into the HDD so that if I need to format my computer back to factory settings again I wouldn't need to use the recovery cd's and I can then just do it by the F11 key method?
