See if running the automatic driver update from the device in the device manager works.
You would need to be connected to the internet so W7 can access the windows update site.
You don't need that device if you are using the PC for home use.
There may also be an issue about something not being configured correctly for the device in the BIOS.

It is very complicated to fix, and maybe it can't be fixed.
