HP BIOS Configuration Utility is a comman line program that requires WMI support - both in the OS as well as certain BIOS level HP CMI support.
It currently works in Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, 8, 8.1.
It will also work in WinPE ( both 32 bit and 64 bit) if the WIM image is constructed with the WinPE-WMI.cab file.
If i am able to find a Linux based utility with similar functionality that is available for download, I will post at that time.
