Hi:
I would look on eBay for a used but tested and working ATI Radeon 9600 AGP 8x 128 MB low profile graphics card or a low profile nVidia GeForce 6200 128 MB AGP 8x graphics card.
I used them in mine, and they worked just fine and can run Windows 7 too.
Make sure it comes with the low profile bracket as well.
