You probably have to manually install it.

I have an 8200 Elite CMT and I was able to use the W7 driver on my box now running W8.1.

But before you do that, try the W8 driver from the 6300 Pro and hopefully the driver setup file contains the hardware ID for the PCI Serial port in your PC.
