I work for a community college, and we've got hundreds of the microtower 6005.
I work for the college in another county, but the problem I've been seeing on multiple 6005s is when the PC reboot it hangs at the initial screen you see that shows F10 to enter setup.
The PC hangs at the screen & stays there, but when you turn the PC off & back on it doesn't hand at that screen for some reason.
The BIOS is latest up to date, and being this is multiple PCs, it be hard to think the motherboards could have problems or the BIOS needs to be reset on all of them.
I've used the hard drive & memory scan in the BIOS but no errors were found.
Hopefully someone else has noticed these issues.
Any ideas or suggestions?
