Kindly follow below steps :
1. OFF PC
2. After power On, press ESC (keyboard)
3. insert Installation media (DVD or Pen Drive)
4. Press F9
5 Choose the DVD or Pen Drive.
But, if u install Windows XP, change SATA Emulation to IDE
